We're happy to accept returns of unused items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached) within 15 days of delivery 

In case you want an exchange, we issue a credit note is valid for 30 days from the date of issue and is issued as a discount code that can be redeemed at our online store.

You can request an at-home pick-up for your returns and exchanges by writing to care@indicapaxum.com or calling / Whatsapp our customer care at +91 7718808846 or +91 8588000151 from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (IST). We’ll look into the issue and get back to you within 48 working hours. 

 

Any complaint that is reported after 15 days of delivery will not be accepted.
